If slots are filled and you want a commission, you can be put on a backlog. This means you won’t be part of the current batch but will be worked on in the next batch!
Refund Terms:
If you no longer want your commission, I will issue a partial refund up to 75% of the original price depending on how far I am in the commission. Full refunds will only be guaranteed if I have not yet started your commission. Please be mindful.
Updates:
I will regularly update the status of commissions on my trello board from: Sketching -> Painting -> Final touches, etc etc. I will also email you if I believe I am going to be running behind. It’s always okay to reach out if you are confused about anything.
Commissions tend to be done throughout the month, and I will let you know when I begin your commission. You can always see where you are in line on my trello board!
